WORK / CLIENTS, PERSONAL SYSTEMS, EXPERIMENTS

Things I’ve built.

The work includes client products, tools I use myself, and experiments I followed far enough to learn from. Here’s what each was for and what I contributed.

Professional

Inventory & Ordering System

BACK OF HOUSE

THE PROBLEM

Stock counts, invoices, and orders each needed extra work before I could decide what to buy.

WHAT I BUILT

A back-of-house system connecting invoices, counts, sales, and purchasing, with a kitchen timing board tested during service.

HOW I USE IT

I count stock, correct the results, review quantities, and prepare vendor orders. At the bar, I speak the counts and check the transcription.

Research & Publishing Platform

STATE OF STREAMING

THE PROBLEM

A streaming-industry publisher wanted an easier way to collect research and turn it into a publication.

WHAT WE DEVELOPED

I worked with him to build a research feed, an intelligence site, and publishing tools. He supplied the industry knowledge and editorial direction.

WHAT CHANGED

He reported spending more attention on angles and stories once publishing took less effort. He could manage articles, companies, and rankings in the same workspace.

Website & Publishing System

CLOVER

THE PROBLEM

The team needed a custom website they could keep up to date themselves.

MY CONTRIBUTION

I built the site from the supplied Figma designs and added a custom publishing system, refining the work with the design team.

WHAT THE TEAM CAN DO

Edit pages, articles, images, and brand content, then preview changes before publishing.

Automated Lead Machine

MOBIBO

THE BUSINESS

An LED truck advertising business connecting advertisers with trucks and the people who operate them.

MY ROLE

I partnered with outdoor advertising experts and truck operators to build the lead generation system, then handled proposals, specifications, and agreements with clients.

THE CAMPAIGNS

The system brought in deals with venture-backed tech startups, pharmaceutical companies, and Super Bowl campaigns.

Container Lead Generation

MODBETTER

THE BUSINESS

A lead generation business connecting people planning shipping container projects with a specialist who could build them.

MY ROLE

I built the website and search-focused content to attract inquiries for shipping container modifications, including garages, offices, and storage.

THE MODEL

I handled the marketing and incoming interest. The container specialist handled project feasibility and construction.

Personal

AI Chief of Staff

BLACKWATER

THE PROBLEM

Messages and routine requests were pulling me between projects and crowding out the creative work.

WHAT I BUILT

An AI chief of staff that sorts incoming requests, drafts replies, prepares decisions, and coordinates work with AI agents across businesses and projects.

HOW I USE IT

I set the direction, review decisions, and approve what moves forward. When I return to a project, the system keeps the context of what happened and what comes next.

Personal Research System

SILLY RABBIT

THE QUESTION

How do I find the details I would have picked out myself across more articles, books, and conversations than I can get through?

WHAT I BUILT

A research system that brings newsletters, podcasts, videos, books, and notes together. I save passages with their sources and give feedback on the details it suggests.

HOW I USE IT

I look for the side stories, decisions, and patterns that a summary can miss. I save what catches my attention and return to it when a new question connects the dots.

Video Content System

BUSINESS STORIES / TIKTOK

THE SUBJECT

The business stories behind things people recognize: Silly Bandz, Beats, TI-84 calculators, and the XFL.

WHAT I MADE

An automated content system for turning research into short videos, with repeatable steps for outlines and production. I chose the ideas, shaped the stories, and made the videos.

THE REACH

25M+ views across TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube over the course of a year.

Watch the videos

Live Audio Trading

LIMITLESS

THE QUESTION

Could faster access to a live broadcast make a difference in a prediction market?

WHAT I TESTED

I connected an indoor antenna, live transcription, and software that detected phrases and could place an order.

WHAT I LEARNED

The experiment reached real use, then stopped after a move changed the reception. The physical setup mattered as much as the software.
